There are two versions of this exhibition available:

the full exhibition, suitable for museums and botanical

gardens, requires approximately 800 square feet. 160

              objects, 14 panels.

the smaller version focusing on American 18th & 19th-c. terracotta pots, is suitable for historical societies and garden associations, & requires approximately 200 square feet. 60 objects, 6 panels.

As A Place To Take Root tours, we will work with historians at each venue to research local designs and potters and then add works of regional significance to the show. Our goal is to produce an index of period North American flowerpot designs.

Touring Information: The exhibits are available through 2012.
